I had the worst experience with this place tonight. I had ordered curry shrimp, kung pow chicken, and crab ragoon. When I called the very rude lady said "what is your phone number...what.is your address...what do you want" I told her all this and also gave my card number. She gave me a total but didn't confirm my order. When we received it we got curry chicken. Now I am a semi vegetarian and will not eat chicken so I was very upset and called them. When I called I said "I just ordered curry shrimp and kung pow chicken, but I got both chicken" lady says "no you said chicken!" I say "I'm pretty certain I said shrimp, I will not eat chicken" she says "it says chicken on your ticket" I say "well maybe you misheard me, I wanted shrimp" she says "well we are too busy now to help you" I say "fine whatever" and hung up. Any other place would have said "I'm sorry I misheard you, we will send out the correct thing for you" nope. Not this place. They are extremely rude and don't care about their customers. I will never order from here again.

I just tried to place an order at the happy wok on n alpine and holy cow will I never go there again. The woman who answered the phone was SO rude and I was asking if the lunch comes with the choice of egg roll or crab Rangoon and her response was " we'll you get nothing unless you order!" I was like all I'm asking is if you have a choice she replies " ok then you get nothing" I told her I WILL get nothing and never again from you because your really very rude and she goes " oh whatever I don't care!" I never write a review on anything but I had to for this how can this business still be running with this woman behind the counter I think she may even be the owner not sure but something needs a change at he happy wok on n alpine holy cow! I cringed even giving them the one star but had to

Very disappointed in the food. Used new online ordering system and that went smoothly. However the food was not so good. Ordered the General Chicken, which is always crispy fried with the special sauce added. This was soggy limp chicken and tasted like it had been just sitting back in the kitchen already cooked and waiting for an order to add some sauce to. not sure will use this place again.

The food is always great even though they are kind of rude on the phone and frequently get our order very wrong. The food we come home with is yummy!
