Got lunch today onion rings burnt to a crisp. Which I could post pictures. Called they said bring um back for new ones. Why would they serve these not like they didn't notice they were black.

Called for delivery and the girl taking order was rude and acted like she hated her job. I eventually ordered and cancelled after finding out that two lousy Chicago style hot dogs and a medium fry with medium drink and a order of Jalapeno poppers was 19.80. I will never go there again.

Husband and I have been there many times to eat in and everything has always been great. Last night we tried the drive thru. What a disaster! Everything we ordered was wrong. Corrected it with the order taker, paid, waited for our food. It was still wrong. Fries were cold and hardly any in each order, one order of fries was almost burnt and the server said they were fresh out of the fryer. Both sandwiches had cheese on them which we did NOT order. We won't be back.

we have not bin to this place in a about 8 months. The gyros much better then, it like they cheapen them up!t there is half the meat no more paper thin onions not as much sauce plus the meat was very salty.we are not going back, makes me wonder what they did to the rest of the menu.

Food is great. Particularly the burgers. My only gripe is the long delivery time. Don't deliver if it will take longer than 1 hour. Nooch.

I’ve never rated a restaurant before. I love the food, but was so disappointed in the service yesterday. On a rainy Friday night. Hungry (it was 8pm) I ordered dinner for my husband and I. When I got home, my food was not in the bag. Too tired to drive back I called to say I would stop in the next day since I did pay for the sandwich. The person on the phone didn’t apologize, but that was ok I wasn’t mad just decided I would go for lunch the next day. When I went back the next day, I explained what happened. Again, no apology. I told the girl I really wanted a different sandwich. At that point she says I can’t change my mind. I can only get credit for the same sandwich. So I ordered the same sandwich but was disappointed as this was not my mistake! I didn’t complain but when I got home I decided the whole thing wasn’t handled well. Not sure if I will return.

horrible food for the price! I went through the drive through for lunch and ordered an Italian Sausage sandwich. I took pics of it.....nasty dry bread with a sausage that looks like it had been sitting for awhile and probably nuked to get it warmed. No red sauce was on it and I was asked and I said yes. So I basically got a very dried out plain sandwich and it cost me almost $5. Could've went to a gas station and got a brat, hot dog or sausage and fixed it myself and it would've been better than this and cheaper....lol

This is one of my favorite places to go out for food. I am on tight budget and the amount of food you can get for your money is very nice! The curly fries are simply delicious and the Chicago style hot dogs they have are amazing! You can't get hot dogs like that around here, only in the suburbs. So keep up the good work!

The food is f***ing awesome!!! Over the years the prices (lets hear it) have gone up. So, unfortunately we don't order as often. One more down side is when it comes to the subs they have either started using a different kind of bread or shorting the bread, because they are not as big and filling as they used to be. They are very good though,but come up short on quantity!! So I say " Tom & Jerry's start advertising and go back to the old ways!! Your food is awesome and I want to order more often but it is too expensive." Thanks for all the years of service and hang in there with this economy!!

Best Chicago dogs and gyros around. Fries and rings are also great. Soup is awful!

This restaurant has the best french fries and gyros ever. In fact, every item on the menu is simply delicious. They are very friendly and even remember returning customers by their first name.
