On 11/4/18 Ordered via delivery from State Street Tom & Jerry’s, a large strawberry shake, Gyro, and deep fried mushrooms. The delivery took an hour. The mushrooms were cold, Gyro slightly warm and shake was melted. The bag that food was wet due to rain and broke. The delivery guy found nothing wrong or problematic about this. Perhaps, you should allow Grubhub to do your deliveries it would come in half the time and provide hot food. This is not up to Tom & Jerry’s standards. Perhaps you are independently owned. I have been a patron of Tom & Jerry’s for 18yrs starting at the Sycamore, IL location. You can provide better service than this.

don't get the greek salad. for almost 8.00 it sucked
the salad was mushy . came without dressing.
the cheese was in huge chunks.
