My husband and I live in Rancho Cordova and love to eat out on Saturday Evenings. We used to really love eating here when it was called Paragary's. Since then the food is so unpredictable as far as quality and taste it is unreal. On occasion we have said okay let's try it again and the food will be very good or maybe they happen to make a descent size Martini this time. The next time we go the Martini is in a small glass and the food is terrible. A month or so ago we decided we would go have a pizza and a glass of wine because that is always consistent and ended up trying the Clams. We were WOWED. The clam dish was absolutely AWESOME and my husband was served a Martini in a Large Glass and was thrilled. This past week we couldn't wait to get there again and the Clam Sauce was burned the bread on the clam dish was burned and it tasted terrible. So I decided I would complain about the taste and the waiter brought me a fresh piece of bread for my troubles. He still charged for both orders of Burnt tasting clams and never even apologized for the incident. Oh and did I mention the Martini was in a small glass this time to top off the evening. So as much as we would really like this place to be our consistent go to night out together once a week. I have come to realize it just isn't going to get there like it was. Too Bad!
