My fiance and I ate here last week, and it was horrible. The waitress was very pleasant, but nothing else about our experience was great. We walked in at about 8:30 P.M., and they close at 9 P.M. Well no more than 5 minutes after our waitress handed us the menus, this man (I assume he is the manager), walked up to our table, and told us we needed to hurry up and select something because they were closing at 9. Ok, first of all, if you are a restaurant owner, and you want every person OUT of your establishment BY 9 PM, you need to lock your doors sooner, and post a sooner closing time. I do not like feeling rushed when I eat. Second, the food was not that great, and it was overpriced for sure. Needless to say, we won't be back.
Just a little FYI: The first time I came to this restaurant, I came by myself and they took 10 minutes to seat me (I was the only one waiting to be seated, and there were only 2 other guests inside at the time.) When I finally sat down, they handed me a menu, and they never came back to my

We dined at this establishment on 3/25/2011. We were seated promptly (the hostess was the only good part of the entire experience, and it was all downhill after that). It then took our waitress over 20 minutes to take our drink order. We should have left by then, but we were still being optimists at this point.
I ordered an omelette, my wife a fish dish with french fries, my mother-in-law a hot dog w/sauerkraut, and my father-in-law a ribeye steak. The food finally arrived and the omelette and all sides were steamed, as far as I could tell (english muffin and hash browns both soggy and not fully cooked), my wife's fries were missing (to which the person bringing out the food said "the waitress put down that you didn't want fries" so we corrected him for the first time at that point), my mother-in-law's hot dog was also apparently steamed and had an ill odor to it, and my father-in-law's ribeye was about 1/2 inch thick and full of fat, lacking seasoning, and again, apparently steamed. After not getting any refills, the same food deliverer came back and was going to make things "right" (HA!) by offering 20% off of my mother-in-law's hot dog. We again reminded him that my wife didn't get her french fries, to which he AGAIN said "the waitress put down that she didn't want fries" - as if we didn't hear the errant explanation the first time. He walked away, and to this day we are still waiting for both a) refills and b) the french fries.
My mother-in-law was sick afterward and I was still hungry since I don't believe steamed bread can even be considered food. The Domino's Pizza that we ordered later in the evening was 1/3 the cost and 10 times better.
I strongly recommend people going elsewhere in/around Hurricane, UT and avoiding Ted & Allen's like the bad taste (both literally and figuratively) that it left in our mouths.
