Great food and wonderful staff - I highly recommend this restaurant. Every now and then I ask for suggestions to broaden my appreciation of Chinese food and every time it has been excellent!

I went with my family to Hong Fa and it was amazing!!! THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN SAINT LOUIS. No matter what, you need to go to this restaurant and check it out. We go to the Hong Fa restaurant almost every month now! The waiters are nice and the food comes very quickly. I would rate this restaurant 8 stars if I could!!!

This restaurant is horrible. The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever known. I am a Chinese from mainland china, and I know Chinese food. The ingredients, material are among the worst, cheapest. The cook, if you can call him a chinese cook, sucks big time.
We went there on Friday around 8pm, there was nobody in the restaurant, the whole time we were there, there was only on American guy ordering to-go. Wonder why? go figure! there are irresponsible people who try to promote this restaurant with purposes, wrote false reveiws at Chinese bulletin board (mitbbs.com), and obvious here and other places.
I would say this is the worst chinese restaurant in saint louis. NO matter you are chiense looking for authentic chinese, or american looking for americanized chinese, look else where.

Last week was my first time eating at Hong Fa's and I tried the Spicy Chicken Fried Rice. It was BEYOND AMAZING! They have the most unique menu of any Chinese restaurant that I have every heard of such as Avocado Fried Rice. I plan on having dinner there today! YOU GOTTA TRY IT AND THE PRICES IS RIGHT!!!!
