It's not too hard to make a delicious hamburger at a non-fast food restaurant, yet Blueberry Hill, in all its years, hasn't put a lot of effort into it, their menu, or their service. Yes, an environment with music memorabilia and location (though that is declining due to crimes constant increase) must keep enough cash coming in enough, but soon sooner or later, what your serving is going to keep people coming back. Plus their bar business and tourist keeps them afloat. Visit maybe once a year for it's an excellent central meeting place for people from all areas of St. Louis and people visiting from out of town. Indeed not there for the food. Sad that they can't get a decent short order chef and do something with that old worn-out menu. In addition, a little modernization would be nice; also, I think the two video games have been in the dining room for the last 15 years as has all the dining room furniture.
