I love the food as much as the next person but when you tell us it will be ready in 30 minutes don't make it an hour. Terrible idea of good customer service.

Best roast beef sandwiches in Salem! It's not easy to find a take-out place that the whole family loves- but Blue House is #1 with all of us. Took us a while to try this place (the restaurant itself is litterally a sketchy little blue house) The salads, fries and pizza are our other favorites! Great coupons too!

We generally get roast beef (amazing), I always have mayo on mine, hubby sauce and cheese. Sometimes I get eggplant parm sub (so delish), or the incredible, huge salads! We ALWAYS get the onion rings, they are to die for!! We've eatin' in, and takin' out, and had it delivered -any way the food is fresh, the staff is always nice and the place is always clean. The person that wrote that they good "attitude", must have given them some to get some!

I came in yesterday w/a couple friends to grab something quick to go....I ordered 2 regular roast beefs,and a small fry.Let me tell you,i can usually put 2 of Harrisons down,with room to spare....but not yours,i was packed after 1 reg.,and not even half the fries!!!thank you so much to my friend,Norm for turning me on to your place!!!! I definatly have a new roast beef favorite,and it is yours!!!Keep up the great food,i'll be a dedicated customer for life!
