**Devoted to Friendly's*
The Salem restaurant is HORRIBLE!! Every time I get my normal "Shrimp basket" they come out burnt or dried out.. I also feel this restaurant is a dirty compared to the many Friendly's I've been to.
Go to any other Friendly's but Salem, NH

Avoid this place if at all possible. I have been there 3 times and each time things get progressively worse.
It began with poor service and no attention to detail when my wife and I did not get what we ordered.
On our second visit we waited for 20 minutes and had nobody come to our table. We ultimately walked out and went somewhere else.
Today we gave it another chance since it had been more than 2 years since our last visit. The waitress swapped the credit card with another customers and we had to report it stolen. To make matters worse the manager on duty could not be bothered to apologize for the incident or even come out of the kitchen to help resolve the issue.
I am all for giving second chances but clearly it is the managements opinion that customers are troublesome and get in the way and it shows.
