We have been going to this restaurant for the past 16 years, which now for the past 5 months the service and food has dropped during the evening. I will not go here at night when you have 2 servers and a Hostess/Manager too busy going for smoke breaks and could not be bothered to ask the customers if they need anything like another cup of coffee. Maybe the restaurant is cutting costs so that the customer is only allowed to get one cup, who knows. The manager/hostess does not seem to care either. I will make sure I let everyone I know not to go to this location during the Evening as the staff can not handle 4 tables, and the food sets for at least 5 minutes under the warmer while other workers walk on by. So needless to say your food will be cold, *** I would like to suggest the owners take a good look at who works evenings 01/07/11

I frequent Dees, and quite like the one on 21st and 7th east known as "freaky dees".
This Dees has a very rude and unprofessional staff that seem to hate their job and have checked out of wanting to be there. Their prices went up, the quality of food, quantity of food (No sausage or bacon w/ omelet anymore, for example) and quality of service has gone down the tube. They act like you're being unreasonable for wanting more than 1 refill on coffee. Asking for water is like you insulted their children.
This Dees has been going on a downward spiral for the last few years until it's hit rock bottom of their current craptastic state.
I vow to never waist my time, appetite or money at this location, ever again!

Horrible breakfast. Cold hash browns that weren't cooked through. Won't be back
