Service was very good. We had heard many "rave" reviews about the food but found everything (including the fondue) too sweet for our taste. It was also quite noisy and difficult to converse.

I have dined at "Franck's" five times now and this is the best French restaurant that I have ever been to. This is the only restaurant outside of New York where you can order Coq Au Vin, Escargot, duck breast and other exotic dishes that have long since vanished from the 21st century restaurant menu. Whether you fancy chicken, steak or gourmet salad's, you will find it at Franck's, along with a wine list offering excellent bottles of Malbec, Cabernet and Chardonnay to accompany your chicken, steak and salad entree's. All of the dishes at Franck's are prepared to perfection - the story about a long black hair in the meatloaf is not true, this is a lie. The long black hair undoubtedly belonged to the stupid woman who found the hair in her meatloaf and being a stupid, uneducated person failed to comb her hair before dining at Franck's. This is the best restaurant in Salt Lake City-WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL.

The food was overpriced, considering the quality of the meatloaf we ordered. While it initially tasted good, my wife soon lost her appetite when she pulled a long black hair from the depths of the meatloaf. The waiter feigned innocence and didn't accept the responsibility of the hair, but he said that he'd show the chef. While many friends rave about the food here, I don't think our stomachs would allow us to try it again, given our hairy experience.
