We went to Souper Salad ONE time and will never go back again! We had the salad bar. We got our salad and sat down. The waitress immediately rushed over, took our check and said she's adding the charge for the desert bar to our check.
Seems I had mistakenly thought the fruit ON THE SALAD BAR was part of the salad bar price. They never told us that everything on the salad bar was not included in the salad price.
We were treated with total contempt for this mistake, and we felt terrible.
We should have had a clue how BAD it was when we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant at lunch time.
We stick with Olive Garden now where we get great service AND can have all the great soup, salad and bread we want for the same price as only ONE of those things at Souper Salad.
Souper Salad is terrible!
