Overpirced. Mediocre food

I attended an event this weekend where this food truck was one of the vendors. They were completely understaffed the event was only two hours and to patronize their establishment food truck you would have to wait over an hour to get food. No signs telling you the price of the food you just had to wait in line to discover the high prices for the food which after waiting an hour you really didn’t care you were so hungry. To be met with a cash sure that was very rude non-apologetic about the poor serviceAnd long wait times. The man that was representing this company Blew it for them. Note to small business owners your brand is everything if you have unprofessional people representing your company you shoot yourself in the foot all the time the number one key ingredient is customer service to being a successful business owner.
