Top Reviews of The Promiscuous Fork
05/31/2022 - Andrea
After ordering a $40+ Promiscuous Fork food order, my children and I sat at one of the outdoor parking lot tables of Promiscuous Fork. My 8 year old son was finishing up a taco from the taco restaurant next door while we waited. Craig the owner of Promiscuous Fork approached us and immediately became angry and vulgar towards my child because the taco was not from his establishment. I explained to Craig that my child was literally just finishing his taco while we waited for food from his restaurant. Craig became irate and began belittling me in front of my children and the other customers because I didn’t understand the harm my child was causing while we waited for food from his establishment. He kept screaming “what is wrong w/you” and “aren’t you educated”. After multiple insults, I decided I no longer wanted my food order and asked for a refund. Craig became so angry about the refund that he struggled to process my refund. Even after the refund which I’m still not 100% went through, Craig said “I was wasting food”, I kindly told him to donate it or give it to the homeless and he said “no, he was going to throw it away”.
This is not how you treat customers and you definitely do not yell at 8 year old children.
The parking lot seating where the incident occurred was put up temporarily in response to COVID. Now that in-door dining has been allowed since March 2021, this temporary dining should be removed. The parking lot is extremely small and narrow with limited parking. The removal would provide more parking for the other businesses.
