I have lived by this Carl's for years. I love Carl's and have been a loyal customer for 45 years, but this Carl's is trash. They never fills the food containers, serves cold fries one time and burnt the next, puts the wrong burger in your bag, serves burger that are old and dry, sent me home with a milk shake that wasn't cold, etc. etc. I have complained to the corporate office they always send me coupons but never fix the problems, I still love Carl's and drive miles to go to another Carl's but will not use this one which is one block from my house.
