First time at this place the other day, I walked in to see the place empty. I told the cashier that I had called in, she asked for my name and then left me standing there while she was busy doing other things. After what seems like a life time waiting I asked her and she rudely said it takes 30 mins, I told her I called it in over an hour ago. She then goes checks n brings the food out which was cold. She was rude, did not apologized, didn't say thank you or wish me a good evening. Not a single person greeted me. If they think treating people like crap is good service, they will fail, maybe that's why they moved from Hillcrest. Oh, after doing some research, it appears other have experience the same. Sadly the food was decent but unless they make some changes, I will never go back!
