I walked in and was pleasantly surprised to see all the handsome & big meatpacking waiters. I very quickly sampled their pepperoni and greedily took their whole pepperoni into my mouth. After that I was definitely ready for a Big Italian sausage, which I received and gagged on because it was so big when I shoved it down my throat. The Juice from the Sausage Squirted multiple times down my throat & all over my face and actually was dripping down off my chin. As I was licking the juice off the sausage, I felt my canoli get stuffed hard by a Spicy Thick Sausage. I love this place and you will too.

Enjoyed lunch there recently. Sauce on my fish was quite delicious but the portion was very small. Garlic bread was fabulous (and probably 1000 calories!). Indoor part of the restaurant, while attractive, is a bit stuffy and airless. Patio is cramped or right on the sidewalk --NOT fun in agressive panhandler-filled Santa Barbara. The owner/ manager (?) was friendly enough to visit our table and inquire if we had been there before, however when we told him WHYwe had stayed away for 8 years --because they serve veal - he immediately changed his tone. I am not sure if he was lecturing us, embarressed at serving cruelly treated animals, or what. He said something about "little bunnies" at one point in his rant; I stopped listening. "The customer is always right" was what I learned in my many years in the restaurant business, Had he be able to engage in an adult conversation and learn from the information provided by his customers, I might have considered returning.
