My roommate and I ordered some delivery to IV a few weekends back and I remember the food was amazing. It was a bit difficult making the order over the phone, but the food arrived very quickly and was some of the best chinese food I've experienced in Santa Barbara. Truly good stuff! I really liked the hot and sour soup.

China City is an amazing restaurant for vegetarians and vegans. They will make any any chicken or beef dish with their soy chicken and beef's which are amazing! Everything I have had there is fantastic and I am sure the meat entrees would be great as well. The only thing lacking is the atmosphere, not the nicest place in the world but in no way takes away from the delicious food.
