Perhaps its "hit or miss" but our experience was superb. Four of us 2 had pizza, excellent.I had a red tomato soup seafood bouillabaisse [ spicy] lived up to expectations. Awesome ! My wife had Mussels [ local] with the same tomato soup base....It was beautiful. We ate inside and service was very swift and friendly....Sorry for those who had a bad experience , ours was lovely...highly recommend and those entrees. too.

What a HUGE disappointment!I had heard so much about the pizza, and I couldn't wait to dine here.
The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!We waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged we had sat down. We were not even offered a glass of water. I ad to ask the wait staff 5 times(no exaggeration!) to turn on the heater above our outside table.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!

This is simply the best and most authentic pizza in Santa Barbara, and the atmosphere is very like a pizzeria in Italy. Anyone who gets 'take out' pizza here is clueless. Pizza needs to come straight from the forno to the plate (and BTW should be eaten with a knife and fork). If you don't want the real thing and the real experience go to Pizza Hut.

Wait staff is always charming too.
