User Reviews for North Beach Grill MMan posted on 07/10/2010 Rating & Review: The North Beach Grill used to be one of the undiscovered jewels on Tybee Island. However, they have recently changed hands and it has fallen to the 'barely tolerable'. Hopefully, the new owners will bring it back to its former glory (there was few things better than to sit oceanside and eat one of Big George's grilled fish sandwiches.) In the meantime, save your money. The few times we have gone back since it has changed hands have been miserable experiences.
