Where to start!!!
We decided this year to do a family Valentines day dinner out. Without making any reservations we hopped in the car and decided that we would go to a place that didn't seem like it would take too long to get some food and relax. We saw Aloha Kitchen and since we have never been there we would give it a try. We walked in and were greeted shortly after and were told we could make a reservation for 7:30 (it was 7 at the time) we found that kind of odd that they couldn't just seat us, since there was an open booth and no one in front of us in line. Instead we walked around at a store near by, came back and it was 7:25 and figured we would only be sitting for a few minutes til we got seated. (which was still odd since that booth was still un-occupied)!!! Other people kept coming in the door and were immediately seated, while my husband, my 3 year old, and my 15 month old waited til 7:50 to get sat at (wait for it).....the un-occupied booth that had been un-occupied for almost an hour at that point. We sat down and the kids were getting restless and 5 min into us being sat. The hostess dropped of our menus and didn't take our drink order, nor send a server over! Instead we just sat there being ignored. We sat there for 10 minutes being ignored! We walked out! That was the worst service I have ever had in my entire life!!!! Ugh..people like that disgust me!
