Poor service. Inept staff. 15-minute wait to get an ice cream cone on an October day, and then the order was screwed up. Because I must stay gluten free, I requested my large chocolate ice cream cone be served in a cup rather than in a cone. When the order finally arrived, it was in a cone. When I explained I had ordered the ice cream in a cup, the girl took the ice cream cone, turned it upside down and put the whole she-bang in a cup. When I explained again that I ordered it without the cone, she decided that was too much for her to understand and asked another girl to redo the order. The other girl took over, went to the chocolate ice cream dispenser and it wouldn't work. And while I was dealing with my troubled order, two other people came in from the drive up complaining their food orders had been screwed up, another came in from drive up and complained that his food order was cold and inedible and a woman in the dining room brought up the two blizzards delivered to her table for her and her husband and said they weren't the flavors they ordered. Unfortunately this day wasn't the first time I have had problems with this DQ, and in the past I had vowed to myself never to return there, but I had a hankering for for a DQ cone and didn't want to drive all the way to Woodinville to that DQ. So I have vowed once again never to return to this DQ and drive the extra miles to the next one when I want a DQ treat. The unusual thing is that the Bothell and Woodinville DQs are owned my the same man. His Woodinville DQ is efficient and organized and the staff competent, but it's almost always been a horrible experience for me at the Bothell DQ (hands done the worst DQ in the West that I've eaten at and I'm a big DQ fan and always stop at DQs when I travel). Avoid the Bothell DQ. Travel to Woodiville instead.

I ordered a milkshake and a hot dog! The milkshake had little or no ice cream and the hot dog was cold. On top of this the service was terrible and the bathroom looked and smelled like it had never been cleaned before. Save your money and don't visit this Dairy Queen!
