I have been eating lunch at Happy Garden on and off for the past 10 years or so. I've never had a bad meal.

The food is excellent at the right price, with large portions and fast friendly service
The surrounding are more than adequate and clean
Put this restaurant in a classier part of town, with fancier fixtures and I could not afford it nor get a reservation.
You will not be disappointed !!

Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. I have been back a few times and they have not let me down. Consistently great food at very reasonable prices.
