Don't be jealous about this restaurant when you can't own it your self. The service is excellent & very nice. Fast workers. The restaurant is a good size to bring a family in. And the food is excellent better then most in the area of Tacoma. The prices are reasonable. We need to understand that they can't lower the prices, but only can make them higher, because the economy they are loosing money as well. They arn;'t the bank, they get the money from customers too. ANYWAYS. The interior it's been over 5 years. And they did update alot. They don't put money into the interior because they put money into the food, that is what matters.
Respect Kin Ja.

I am always for trying the small hole-in-the wall places and this was no exception. The interior is well worn and definitely could use some updating. The food is your average teriyaki restaurant type menu with a little bit of Thai and Chinese thrown in the mix, which no self-respecting Japanese Restaurant would do. The food is not very tasty, but good in a pinch. The prices are way higher than they should be and the service is definitely lacking. I would concentrate on a Japanese Menu if it is listed as a Japanese Restaurant, clean up the dining area (not aesthetically pleasing), and maybe lower the prices a bit or make it worth the customers while.
