Have been checking out the menu via DoorDash in the past week. Everything is so good I have a hard time striking on one. But I’ll try:

1. Baked Brie with Apple Confit and Honey. Can’t wait to have it in the restaurant. Comes with soft pita wedges and I ate the whole thing before I even touched the entree. Not sure if I could ever share i with friends, but I’ll work on it!

2. Avocado Seafood Salad. Best ever. Seafood/crab Louie cannot compare.

3. Lamb Sliders. Okay. They were cold by the time they got to my house. Definitely going to be on the list once I make it into the restaurant, with extra tsaziki mint sauce. Can’t wait to try their lamb chops.

4. So looking forward to trying the paella. It’s on my bucket list.

The food is so good I am resolved to never use another Door Dash restaurant or waste my money there until I have the opportunity to try this menu fully in the store. Hope to visit Demetris in Edmonds, too!
