I too have been frequent this place for the last 2.5 years and love it every time I came. The food quality is very consistent there. I can be sure that Jimmie never serves his customers sub-standard foods. Everything on his menu is excellent. If not sure, you can stay with the stable ones like beef or chicken pho, shaking beef, "bun cha Ha Noi" (grill pork noodle), roasted squab, "pho ap chao" (Vietnamese chao fun), or "cha ca" (grilled fish with dill).

I love this place. I have been going with friends for the past three years (one friend hip me to this) and Jimmie is the best. The green papaya salad alone makes you come back for more... Jus rember between 3 and 5pm they are closed for dinner crowd set up ( I made the mistake coming at this time and cried all the way back to Pittsburg). But all dishes I have tried, especial the griilled pork in the the special sauce, you can just drink the sauce..
