Every time we are in the area, we look forward to trying this restaurant and it is never open. Tonight, we finally succeeded (well, kind of).
Our waiter took our drink order—I ordered a Chianti and bowl of white bean soup. Then, we proceeded to ordered two of their specials. Soup was good but dinner didn’t come for 50 minutes and waiter never came to give us an update until we asked. He clearly did not put our order in for reasons I don’t know. Meanwhile, the owner visits other tables and pours them wine. When my gnocchi finally came, it was chewy and flavorful so I asked for it to be removed from my bill. Then, I had the pleasure of walking home in the rain because the wait was long. Don’t waste your time at this place!
