My favorite BBQ & steakhouse. Best burgers ever! Super spud or just regular baked potato is great! Very good steaks.

By far the most amazing BBQ and steaks in the arklatex! the turkey,Au gratins and steaks are to die for and the service is wonderful. lunches sometimes get pretty hectic so if your looking for a more relaxed meal i would recommend going at night. i have been going there since they opened and have never had a bad experience. all the employees are prompt and courteous!

I called in a to-go order while on my lunch break and headed out to pick it up. I pulled up to the drive-thru window to pick up my order, and no one acknowledged that I was there. There were at least four employees that saw me and ignored me. Not to mention, there was a stack of dirty plates right in front of the sliding glass window. After waiting a moment with no service, I pulled into a parking spot and went inside. I walked up to the counter where an employee was putting something into the computer. I stood there patiently waiting on her to get through, but she simply walked off when she finished, igoring me. There was another employee rolling silverware a few feet away that did not acknowledge my presence, either. I finally asked who I needed to speak with to pick up a to-go order. She said she thought the other girl was helping me. I had to ask for to-go cutlery on top of everything else. I was extremely annoyed at the poor, poor customer service I had received. Had the customer service been on a higher level, I might have overlooked the fact that the waitresses were walking around in casual flats, short shorts, and tank tops. Those shoes are not slip-proof and there are no socks worn with them. Tank tops, in my opinion, are not sanitary, either; and if someone bends over in shorts, I don't want to be able to see their crotch area. Not to mention, $8.99 plus tax is a little much for a salad. I will NEVER be returning to this establishment.

A little expensive as BBQ joints go but worth it! Their turkey and brisket are wonderful and we hear their steaks are to die for--although haven't tried ourselves as they're large and we're lite eaters. Beans taste like ranch-style beans which is why I didn't give it a 10 on food. Although I like ranch-style beans they could have jazzed them up a touch. Blackberry cobbler is virtually orgasmic!
