Went through the drive-through. Really looking forward to the Tuscan sandwich. While waiting for my order confirmation, I was informed that the ciabatta bread was frozen. Very disappointed as this bread makes the sandwich. Ordered another kind of bread, but the sandwich just wasn't the same. How can a restaurant operate during the dinner hour knowing they have frozen bread. Ridiculous! The people working there could care less -- too busy just standing around and doing nothing. Whose job was it to make sure that all the breads offered weren't frozen!

I've gone to Schlotzsky's for the last time. The service was bad one time and ghastly the last time. I waited a half hour for a sandwich. It was not a special order, just something that should have been ready in five minutes. A friend of mine also waited a long time, finally receiving a sandwich he didn't order. The restaurant was not busy and it was Sunday at 11:30. At least, that's when I went in! This same restaurant used to have a long line on Sundays under the previous manager, who ran a tight ship. Why two stars and not one? The food is still good but I predict this location will go belly up before long.

A friend and I came to Schlotzsky's for lunch at 12:45. After we ordered, we were given a number and we sat down. 20 minutes passed and still our order wasnt ready. People came in and sat down and within a few minutes they recieved their orders. After 30 minutes, we went back to the kitchen to check on our order and was told it would be about 3 more minutes. Another 15 minutes passed before our order was brought out. By that time our lunch period was over and we had to take it in to go boxes. It took almost 45 minutes after we ordered to recieve our salad and sandwich. Guess its going to be my dinner. I will never go back there again.
