My husband and son went last week and was told they couldn't take his order because they were doing shift change. He pulled away. Today I stopped with my son and granddaughter to get fries for the park... When I asked for salt the young boy at the window said they only had salt in the large containers but he would get me some in a cup. A woman yelled at him and said not to do it, she came from the back opening a box saying, they don't need salt, the fries are salted enough, they just stock pile ut for themselves. I asked for ketchup and he said we don't have ketchup, so I repeated, you don't have ketchup. He politely said no ma'am but the woman standing behind him yelled at me and NO WE DON'T HAVE KETCHUP! I just looked at her, then she said, these white people need to stop coming to my window with an attitude, I'm going to put up a sign that says we won't serve them.
So here is my thoughts... I didn't realize I needed permission to put salt on my fries and why would you not have ketchup, if you have fries?
How does this place of business stay in Business? I realize that the ability to get people to work these days is difficult but if you are going to work in a customer service industry, you may want to look up 'customer service'... Better yet... Here you go, the definition...
Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during, and after a purchase. This makes it an important part of the value chain of clients. Each industry requires different levels of customer service, but in the end, the idea of a well-performed service is that of increasing revenues.

Very rude young lady, told me to pull up to the second window! When we pull up, she told me I had to order at the menu sign! She said I would have to go back around behind the line of cars! I asked her why did she tell me to pull up, she said I must be hearing things! My wife and kids heard her also! Won’t be stopping at Burger King in hardeeville sc

Food was terrible ordered a whopper and they only put mayo and tomatoes on it nothing else I was traveling through and I will never go there again in Hardeville, SC
