The food and the help has changed in a negative way. The help needs to pay close attention so that orders can be filled correctly. There should be more training on how to interact with customers.

I live locally and have used Howies gif years . Issues most time
Last 3 visits
Ordered 2 large popcorn shrimp dinners with extra tarter .once home popcorn chicken
Order 2 large popcorn shrimp with extra tarter sauce , no tarter sauce 3 containers of mayonnaise
Today ordered same little fella stated they don’t sell popcorn shrimp . Stated they haven’t in years … Ummm ya 3 weeks ago . He tells me I am wrong !!
Well I am done with this place . They need competent help !

I went to have a real good lumberjack combo. I got a skinny burger with just mayo and a tomato and onions that were to big i almost chocked on the onion. I will not return

Food is pretty good, that's the ONLY reason I gave them 3 stars. But, if you happen to call in and can actually get them to pick up the phone, be prepared for them to have major attitudes, and God forbid you ask them how much an item is over the phone their attitude is even worse. To sum it up, their customer service skills are horrid, but it's not as if they care, it's like their attitudes and customer service skills get worse with time.

The fish and shrimp dinner is awesome. The wings are very good as well. Haven't made a bad order yet.

I give this place a lot of money with how much food i eat. Always say yes mam and no mam and I even leave tips and they still got attitudes.

Expect very poor quality. They remind me of lunch room food in the late 90's. I ordered a salad (which as expected was iceberg) and not only did they forget dressing but a piece of my tomato had this greenish brown slime all over it. The rest of my meal was disappointing to say the least. I will not be returning.
