I have never had a bad experience at this place. First, let me say that I love pizza, but I do not eat just anyone's pizza. I hate the chain locations (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc) and I only eat pizza from "mom and pop" locations. The pizzas at Lugoff House of Pizza and Subs are great! Where else can you get a GOOD large pizza with 2 toppings and get a small free cheese pizza with it all for under $14.00?! I have always been treated kindly and with respect and would recommend the place to anyone.

Very inconsistent...Several employees including the owners wife need training on how to deal with people. Rude, called me a liar and did not apologize once proven that I was in-fact correct. Where's Chef Ramsay

I will not recommend this at all! I will explain as to why. I am from out of town but my family and all of their co-workers eat there so I figured I would give it a try. I walk in the door and a little waitress asks "What do you need hun?" I reply "I just need to place a to go order" This older blonde lady behind the counter rudely says "Well you need to place it with me so what do you want?" I explain I have never been here and I would like a menu to look over to get an idea of what I would like. I decide on what to eat, place my order (with a tall gentleman at the register, pay, then proceed to sit at the table right at the entrance. Well as I am sitting there I am guessing a buddy of hers walks in orders a pizza and some sort of sub. Well she walks to the kitchen and hands the cook his order. His comes out before mine. I am still sitting there waiting and I see 2 two go bags get placed behind the register. I stand up and proceed towards the front to see if those are mine. Another lady hands me my "greek salad". I said this is only half of my order. She rolls her eyes then the tall guy at the register hands me the other half. I get home open my food up and my salad is plain, wrong dressing, nothing on it. As for my lasagna, burt on 1 side and looks like it was chewed once then thrown up into a small container. All in all I have to rate this as terrible and not me, my family, or the other co-workers said they will not be going back. Maybe our little bit of business will not hurt you but I would just like everyone else to know how I was treated.

I think that that place is awesome I have never had a better meal.
