I wish it were possible to give this restaurant no stars however you have to give something! It is the most hideous restaurant in Johnsonville!!!! The staff at this restaurant has to be the rudest,the slowest,the nastiest, incompetent people to ever work at a McDonald's!! I've been in some really bad restaurants in my lifetime this however has to be one of the worst ran fast food restaurants to ever exist! The only reason this restaurant can possibly be making any money is because it is the only fast food restaurant in the small town! McDonald's Corporation needs to step in send someone to this McDonald's to see how poorly it is being ran!! I understand that most of their staff is making minimum wage however when dealing with the public you still have to uphold A certain standard of quality! The last time I stopped at this McDonald's I waited an hour for a burger and fries! After getting the burger and fries I asked for no onions no pickles my Burger King with onions and pickles! The cheese was just thrown on the burger not melted at all ,the burger it's self was cold! The fries were so greasy you could squeeze them and reuse the Oil that came out of the fries to refried new fries! The last review was correct the milkshake machine is always out of service! The sweet tea has to have 50 gallons of sugar,yes we are in the south, yes we love sweet tea. however we don't want to go into a diabetic coma just from a couple ounces of sweet tea!!!!! Dear God McDonald's get with the program hire some people that actually know what they're doing!!!!!!

PS don't waste your time with this McDonald's take the extra time to drive to Lake City South Carolina and actually go to a decent McDonald's or better yet drive to Hemingway and eat at Burger King Or Hardee's!!!!!!!!

First shift is friendly (sometimes there is one or two that is nasty) but there are slow..... Second shift is awful they are VERY slow and VERY RUDE. I went there tonight at 10:45 and they was already closed ... What kind of BS is that...if they was other places to eat besides McDonald I would always go there and not here ...main problem is very poor customer service... And there is always something wrong with one or two of the machines ..I haven't gotten a milkshake in months..I have seen it dirty so much,maybe if they will clean it and it wouldn't brake so much....very hungry in sc...#helpmcdonalds
