first time eating there in December. catfish stew was excellent. hubby had flounder and loved it too! hush puppies are great. good service. will come again when in Florence!

my husband and I went on a Tuesday for all you can eat. was pleased at all. had all cheap fish, very limted buffet!! no salad offer only cole slaw.. veggies well was a veggi meldy and no dessert and fried...park in rear where it is dark and a tripped over a cut off pipe that was sticking up in parking lot.. scraped my knee didnt go back in just left but will never be back.... becareful out back when you park or you can have a law suite...

Orangeland has the best fresh seafood in FloTown. I couldn't decide which one I'd like the best, so I just ordered a combo fish dinner of croaker, spots, and bream. All three are the best that I've ever tasted from a restaurant, especially here in Florence, SC. I used to go there years ago to pick up a few pounds of shrimp or fish to cook at home. But I've never ordered from their restaurant side. Today was my first, and only the beginning of what will now become regular orders from Orangeland. Of all of the local restaurants, that you can call in and order something like flounder and baked potato, and I won't mention names, but this is the only one that uses actual real and fresh fish and other seafood. And with their tails left on even. That's a sign of real fish, so see if any of the other restaurants around here leave the tails on their fish. Probably not, and they're probably frozen and shipped to them, as well. I don't know that for a fact, but Orangeland's fish are the only ones that I have found in the Florence area that tastes, and looks like real fish. And they're not greasy at all, although you may find a few bones here and there, but that just adds to the realness and freshness of the fish. Kudos to Orangeland, for serving such mouth-watering, tasty, fresh, and appetizing southern-fried fish. I definitely plan on becoming a regular customer. At least once a week, I get a major craving for fish. And I just found my new happy place! :)

The crab & shrimp is nice very tasteful but one thing me and my husband notice that out of all the crab we pick out for them to cook we didn't get all our crabs that is not nice...nice place but we won't come back again..

I love the fresh fish and the staff but I've been going there for years and have spent lots of money but they always screw something up if u order more than three meals whether it's forgetting the bread with a sandwich order or mixing the type of fish up that you order and of course you find out when you get home

I wish I could give them a negative rating. This was my first and last time ever eating from to this place. I ordered the popcorn shrimp and lets just say that the baked potato covered more of the plate than the shrimp. Also, the shrimp were overcooked and I threw most of them away because they were hard. If you decide that you want to visit this place, please do so at your own risk.

One of the most nasty places to eat at... it smells like rotten fish inside....fish was greasy the same was the fries. the owner was so rude talking on the phone while ringing us up never listen to our complain saying he was in the business for so long and he will be regardless our opinion when we told him that his price is too high for such quality....we will never be back there again

Wow, what a great place to bring our family! The food was fantastic, and all at a very reasonable price. We were there for the Tuesday night buffet and i fed my family of 4 for less than 30 dollars. Ive eaten at most of the places around town, and Orangeland has definitely gpt them all beat with the freshest seafood.
