User Reviews for Pancho's Mexican Buffet JanBen posted on 07/27/2010 Rating & Review: Tucked away in Liberty, on a side street, with a parking lot across the street. But once you are in the restaurant, prepare for a treat. CLEAN (Restrooms and dining area); Expansive seating area; Warm welcome. The staff in the kitchen is clean cut, well groomed; waiter-staff as well. I ordered the #60 and was pleased with the presentation, flavors, and quantity of the food. I also had a side order of a pork tamale, with the sauce on the side. I am from Texas, and know a good tamale. It was a bit dry, but tasty, without being too spicy. I ordered the lunch special (size) Tequila Sunrise. It was modest, but good. I had to "waddle" out when the meal was over. Will gladly go back, or visit the one in Central for a good meal at a reasonable price.
