Aiken's Track Kitchen is well known to locals who avoid the usual chain eateries and plastic artificial dining environments. The atmosphere is casual and friendly and the food is five-star diner quality at a very fair price. When in town I always go to the Track Kitchen for breakfast and the downtown pool hall for their famous chili dogs at lunchtime! And then Carolina BBQ for dinner. Visiting Aiken can be fattening...

Good breakfasts and a great Down Home atmosphere. One of the "must dos" in Aiken's horse country.
