Everyone that knows me knows how much I LOVE RAlphs. But my experience today 8/23/16 was a real TURN OFF. I went to the one on hylan do blvd.10306 today after beach and I asked for a pint of my favorite ice I told the girl I had 5.70 cents and I would bring back a nickel at a later date since I am always going there, after she made the ice she told me she would hold the ice until I got back with the nickel ! Really who teaches these kids customer service training ???? I went home got the nickel and another dollar in change and gave it to the girl and said this is in case someone else comes up short. I mean I have given people money at drug store or shopright if they were short no problem.What about paying it forward reach into pocket and give me the nickel I'm good for it ! Very very disappointed in the entire situation.
