Floors are mopped just prior to opening and sometimes are left so wet that it is hazardous, esp for elderly. Tables are not wiped prior to closing, leaving crumbs and water spots on table. Upon calling attention of this to staff including managers, they seem not to care. If a place opens at 10am, they should be ready to serve customers and customers not have to wait for equipment to be cleaned, some one to take your order and dirty tables and seating.

The experience was not good at all we normally do business with this Smithfield's chicken and barbecue but this time was different we went inside and ordered food when all the way home it had not put three banana puddings and one pecan pie inside the bag so we had to come all the way back and get that The personnel that waited on us didn't even say they were sorry or all for anything like a small drink or something since we had to drive back it'll be a long time before I go back to this restaurant again
