We have been ordering from here since the day they opened. I can honestly say the food is consistent. No matter when we order, everything taste the same as the time before. The people who own the restaurant are very hard working and want to please all their customers. It's so nice to call an order in and have the person on the other end of the phone actually know who you are and question you when you forgot to order something that is ordered all the time.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for 5 years and have had no problems. It seems to be a family run business, and the kids are there often. The food is fresh, even on New Years Eve, and the delivery is super fast.
The only thing I don't like is when you call them there is ALOT of feedback on the line so it is very hard to hear the person on the other end.

food is always good, hot, and consistent. they arent always changing cooks. my lady knows how i like my order and the exceptions even if i forget to say so on the phone. delivery is pretty punctual. prices are good as is the menu variety!

I've been ordering from this rest. since I started working in Lowell. The food is very good, and the delivery service is very efficient. The food gets to my place of work when they say it will. (which is good since I'm the receptionist and can only spare a few mins).

For fast food chinese, this is the best place in Lowell. the food is ALWAYS fresh, the prices are very good. The qty's are also better than most for pupu platters etc. Sometimes its hard to understand the person on the phone but otherwise no complaints at all!

This place has decent food but terrible service. I called and was told that it would take 45 minutes for my food to be delivered. About 30 minutes later, I received a call that the driver was outside my building. I went downstairs to find the driver screaming and yelling telling me that he had been calling me for over an hour to come downstairs and that I was never allowed to order from there again. When he gave me the check, the amount was double what I had been told on the phone. I told him this and he grabbed the money I had brought down threw the package of food at into my hands, and sped away from my building, driving all over the grass. I got upstairs any opened the package and saw that they had brought me the completely wrong thing, which is why it was double the price from what I had ordered and been told on the phone.
Overall very rude and disrespectful. The food is overpriced and is always cold.

The Chinese food here is excellent and with a wider variety of food than the typical Chinese restaurants in the area. The service is always efficient and friendly. I keep THIS NUMBER in my cell phone at all times!

Best value around. You don't have to go broke ordering take out. Love the hunan chicken and they have the best chicken fingers. The crab rangoon is a little sweeter than I like. But by far the best Chinese food in the area!

This is the only place I ever order from for chinese food. Really good price and fast delivery...sometimes i wonder if this stuff was already made before hand, but its not, it always come hot and fresh!
