I was passing through town and stopped at 6:15am and was the only customer in the cafe. There were three ladies in the cafe. They were all in deep discussion when I walked in and acted as if I wasn't there and was interrupting their discussion. The youngest female (a recent mother) took my order and brought me a cup of coffee. Then they all proceeded to keep talking. After 10 minutes, the lady that was the cook finally went back and started cooking and then came back out and they kept talking. No coffee refill or acknowledgement in all this time. I finally got up to refill my own cup and the youngest one said, no, I'll do it. I said sorry to bother you and your discussion. She wasn't phased and they just kept talking. After 20 minutes, I got my 2 eggs over easy with bacon and toast. Then two other obvious locals came in and everyone just fell all over them. I guess an out of town good looking, well groomed, business casual dressed white guy is not the kind of customer this cafe cares about.
This was the worst experience at any restaurant in my entire 55 years.
The sad part is the food was good. Unless you've lived there 20 years, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
