Do not go here! Ordered two meals to go and they didn’t provide the full order and the food was not fresh; they included stale bread, no butter and when I called to let them know that I was missing part of my order they offered me to come back. The salad had a rotten tomato. Poor service and quality of food is lacking. If I could attach a picture I would

Would have loved to have tried the food however upon showing up at 5pm and being asked if I had a reservation. Which I did not as the web site of the restaurant did not specify to make one. I was told they were booked solid till about 730pm. I later called the manager of the location to inquire about the policy. She informed me that reservations are not required and they usually get busy on the weekends and have longer wait times Then in turn told me that they are usually fully booked for dinner on the weekends by Wednesday or Thursday and I should make a reservation. Had the web site even mentioned making reservations I would not be posting. I called several other locations inquiring about reservations and was told they dont Take them. I went to Dominic's. Which was packed full and still I only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. I have hear basils food is spectacular. But will I ever actually get to taste it.

We loved this place back at the old location and would have given it a solid 5. My husband and I ate at the new location this evening at the old Fresno's and was not as enthusiastic as we normally are. The Utica greens were not quite ten same. Lacking the flavor and adding large chunks of green peppers. The portion was also 1/2 the usual size. The pasta with vodka sauce, one of our favorites, had a thin sauce, not as creamy and lacking the cheese. The Chicken Parm was very good and the marinara sauce was excellent, although it was served to us warm and was sent back for reheating. We're going to give them a couple months before we return.
