Waited at the bar for 35 minutes for a table for 2. There were 6 vacant tables to be seen. We asked the waitress why the wait and she said they didn’t want to overwhelm the waitresses with more than 3 tables each. Finally a table, put us near the bathroom and kitchen in the most traveled section, not good. Ordered a patty melt on rye, came out with burnt rye bread and burger as well . Sent it back only to get it back with toppings missing and they replaced one side of rye lightly cooked. Flipped the sandwich to find they never replaced the burnt toast. Had them take it off my bill and sent it back. Ordered onion rings only to hear for the second time being there ,they are out of them, AGAIN!
My boyfriend ordered the truffled fries and received plain ones, they charged us for them, again off the bill. Spoke at length to the manager our disappointment and won’t be back.
We had 2 drinks at the bar ,when asked for the bill they didn’t have one and had to tell them what we had ordered to pay for drinks. Good thing we’re honest. So long Fords!
