Customer service is way below average. Today we placed a pick up order for 25 wings. When we got home we realized we took home only 20. I figured, it’s not the end of the word, we will just call and get a credit on our payment method for the difference. I was wrong. When I called to get a refund of the difference, I was told they do not do refunds, but I could come back to the establishment and they could make us the wings they didn’t give us. That would be a fantastic compromise if I lived next door, but we don’t. The manager Bailey was no help either. I’m writing this review because it’s not necessarily about the money, it’s about the principle. I’ve never worked at a job, or went to an establishment where they weren’t able to issue a credit on their point of sale registers, especially when it was THEIR MISTAKE!!! It’s not like we just didn’t like the taste, we were shorted food! CRAZY. Stay away!
