My wife and I have been regular patrons of The Bluffs for a very long time.The service used to be great with great servers and really the best bar tenders and the food used to be very, very good. That has all changed lately, they have brought in a bunch of employees that are not even fair at best. They have taken a serious nose dive in customer service, if there is any at all. We have had many meals there and it used to be great food until recently, there food is also on a bad down slide. Tonight, was not a busy night and as been happening lately, the orders are not correct, for some reason the food was very cold and not good at all. They continue to run out of a lot of our favorite drinks and act like it is not an issue. We used to greet a lot of visitors to this area and we used to tell them to visit the bluffs....NO MORE. Sometimes it is really hard to get the attention of an employee, do not know where they can hide???? There has been a lot of mature regulars for a long time but because of the terrible service, are leaving in droves. What does that tell you??? There are a lot of very good bar and grills in this area and we will suggest meeting us at a decent one, other than The Bluffs.
