The food here is soggy and under cooked, which is crazy considering the amount of time that you have to wait for your order. This restaurant used to be good a few years back. I can only imagine that they have either fallen under new management, or they need to clean house.

I have been eating at the Hoagie Shop for twenty yrs. The food here is delicious and I would recommend it to everyone. The employees are always very friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean. Good family environment! No risk here.

WOW!!! I was just at the deli today 10/2/12 at lunch and saw a woman drop the pickle and pepper IN THE FLOOR PICK IT UP AND PUT IT BACK IN THE PICKLE N PEPPER BIN-Right in front of me!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting I will NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN. O and this was my very first time there. This was beyond belief. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK....
