I try to order $49.00 worth of food for delivery. After it was 45 min. late I decided to call. After figuring out how to get threw on there phone and 3 calls later. I got a hold of some guy who informed me my order was canceled. I got no email or phone call. He informed me that I ordered threw Slice app and that it was not there problem. All I did was ordered food threw there website which is integrated with Slice. There phone message even directs you to use the Slice app. So either way I would have thought he would try to fix the issue. He just argued that I should have did a pickup order that delivery is threw Slice and its not on them to fix it. Its up to Slice. He only offers to have a manager call tomorrow. If it was my business I would have gotten in my car and delivered the food personally. I live like 3 miles away. So now I am out 49.00 until I get my refund which they informed me could take up to 48 hours. The worst part was this was 9:00pm at night so I had to rush around and order another delivery. Luckily they were glad to have my business an after hearing the issue I had at Roma they gave me 20% off. After the way I was treated I am glad the order was canceled. Only knows what a mess it would have been. Obviously they could care less about any aspect of there business. I will never order again from them and in my opinion if your website or phone tells you to use the Slice app or website that is very much a part of your business whether you like it or not. How can you put your screw up on me the customer and make me jump threw hoops to get my hard earned money back. Buyers please beware and Stay Away from this business. Good thing I had extra money otherwise my family may not have been able to eat tonight.

My sis ordered food from Roma and the delivery driver left the food outside in the heat on top of Ants- when she called to complain that ants were literally crawling all over her food (even inside the pizza box) the delivery service called the restaurant to request they replace the order because ants were all over everything and the restaurant refused. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever heard of- STAY AWAY! There are way too many pizza places around to risk getting a screwed up or inedible order and risk the restaurant not doing anything at all to rectify it.
It may not be the business’s fault but they did nothing to help the situation. No apology, just blamed the delivery service and washer their hands of the entire situation. Not acceptable!
If a restaurant wants to partner with a delivery deceptive they are taking on that services actions and should have replaced the order. PERIOD!

Spread the word! STAY AWAY OR RISK LOSING YOUR HATD EARNED CASH IF THEY SCREW UP.
