This zaxbys in lenoir city tn is the worst I've ever been to. Service was the worst I've ever had the drink machine was out of ice tried to get a coke but it wasn't good at all. Floor was sticky. My step daughter got extra sause they didnt put it in the bag so she went up to get her sause they made her come back to the table get her receipt to prove she got it. This was the worst zaxbys I've ever eaten at.
