Every plate of food is prepared to perfection. The popularity of this restaurant with locals is proof of how delicious their food is! In warm weather there are at busy times a table or two or three waiting to be served because they all know the food is worth the wait. Excellent staff is friendly, efficient, and most are very long term employees. If we were to change anything about Alfredo’s, it might be to find a larger facility where diners can enjoy the ambience found in their Lampasas restaurant. But until then, we’ll continue to enjoy delicious Tex-Mex served piping hot in ample servings. While you’re here, add a plate of jalitos (fried jalapeño) for your entire table to enjoy! Umm-good!!
