I ordered my food and it was brought out in less than a min. The lady that brought it said I might need to check it so I did. My fries were cold and and hard and burger was messed up. They brought out the food after they "fixed" it. They put some the old fries in with the good fries and the hamburger patties were old. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I will not go back there and think this is the worst sonic I've been to and would recommend anyone going there.

I pulled into a stall that the screen was not lit up so I hit the order button to see if it was working. When the guy came on I said I was just making sure that that stall was working and to please give me a few minutes. Well, apparently that was the wrong thing to do. After making my decision to order, I pressed the button again. Now mind you, I'm watching them through the glass windows. No one came to take the order. I push it several more times after that. No one responded. I then called and they answered the phone. I proceeded to tell him I guess it was rude of me to ask if the stall was working because now he was deliberately not answering the call button. He was like a deer in the headlights coming up with several excuses. Again, I'm watching him the whole time through the window. I then decided to just leave because who knows what they would have done to my food. James, you need to grow up.

This place will never change, we gave this place another try. $15 for cold fries cold hamburgers, my husband’s food was cold. We’re done, I called and talked to someone that said she was the manager. I don’t think she was but they all say there sorry well I’m sorry too. I’m calling corporate tomorrow, if they read these reviews they don’t care cause if they did they would make things better. I wish they would just close this nasty place down and put something else there.

It's always a hit or miss with this Sonic in Mauriceville. We've been living here going on 4 years. We have gotten food that was not fit to eat, you call to complain and there so sorry if you come back they will make it right. Well I'm not driving back up there. Today my husband went to get us the new lil Grillers, well I'm not sure what the yellow thing was on mine it was hard and cold. I'm so tired of driving to Vidor when we are 2 miles from Mauriceville. They need to put people in there that care what they serve and mangers that take control.
