Monday April 18th 2022.
6 adults 2 children for lunch we brought fries for the little ones as they will not eat the food served there.the owner came out and we were told we could not bring food in for the two little ones..
Food was still ordered for the children..
The youngersters are both special needs children..

We will not be bringing our family to dine there again.

UPDATE: PLEASE READ THIS INSANITY.

I just got off the phone with Luke, the manager, and he backed his employees actions by saying it was our fault for not speaking up and creating a bigger scene than was already on display. I'm not entirely sure why I should have to tell a person that mocking a religion, speaking sexually to myself and making fun of children is wrong. Also, it's also my fault that our food was black and I didn't complain and ask him to redo it. I'm sorry, after being in that establishment for 2.5 hours my children were so hungry that they would have eaten dirt at that point. What.In.The.World.

Went to dinner with my family of 7 last night along with our friends family of 6. They crammed us all into one hibachi table. Our waiter, forgot his name, took half hour to bring us our soup and salads, didn't bring rice to the table immediately for the baby as requested and never refilled our drinks. We sat at our table for exactly 60 minutes before the "chef" even came to the grill. 7 of the plates were steak hibachi and every single one was overcooked. My husband's shrimp was rubber and unedible, my sushi came out wrong and all our vegetables were black. Aside from the crummy waiter and poor food served, I want to put emphasis on the "chef," Joshua (I assume he gave us his real name)- We had 9 kids with us and Joshua was insanely unprofessional, rude, mean, sarcastic, offensive- take your pick. He talked about most inappropriate things the entire time he was charring our food. Asked if we were military, then told my friend that she 'Better stay with her husband for life because having 4 kids, no one would ever want her baggage.' Told me that my baby had a huge head and that he 'probably tore my sh!t up on the way out.' Mocked our Morman religion. Made fun of my daughters eyebrows and told her to shut up 2 different times. I could go on and on. I swear to you, it was the worst, most embarrassing dinner of all our lives. I will never enter this establishment again. I hope the owners read this and take this seriously because we were borderline, if not, sexually harrased at dinner last night.

Also, we would love the $350 we spent on this lovely experience refunded.
